I don’t usually write reviews, but DryTech Fencing absolutely earned this one.

Needed a privacy fence at my place in Bel Air and these guys delivered big time. From the first call to the final walkthrough, everything was straight up professional, no runaround, no surprises. They showed up when they said they would (which already puts them ahead of most), and the crew worked like a well-oiled machine.

The fence itself? Solid. Clean lines, perfectly installed, and built like it’s actually meant to last, not some cheap, rushed job. You can tell they take pride in their work. They also made sure everything was level, tight, and looked great from every angle.

What I appreciated most was how easy they made the whole process. Clear communication, fair pricing, and they actually care about the finished product.

I just wanted to thank Terry and his team for the privacy fence they installed around our property. We really enjoyed working with Terry. We had a fence installed, both privacy and estate style. He provided excellent customer service, more than enough detail to help us feel good about what we were getting in to, he was very responsive, and we had open and honest dialog around pricing. Update (2/21/25):

Thanks DryTech for responding to my inquiry. I'm happy with the results of the gate repair. Once they returned from vacation, the owner reached out and resolved the issue in an expedited fashion.

Original Review:
I have had a bad experience with the warranty. I bought a 6 foot fence in August 2023 and I have a problem with the fence mender. I have called, emailed and texted for over a month with no response.
When I purchased this  fence, I was assured that I would have full lifetime warranty and that they would assist with any issues. That has been far from the reality..please avoid this company and go somewhere that has integrity and will stick to their word and provide good customer service.

I called Terry. He was there the very next day when all other fence companies would not come any time soon or at all . And 2 weeks later had my fence at a price that beat everyone else.
