I don’t usually write reviews, but DryTech Fencing absolutely earned this one. Needed a privacy fence at my place in Bel Air and these guys delivered big time. From the first call to the final walkthrough, everything was straight up professional, no runaround, no surprises. They showed up when they said they would (which already puts them ahead of most), and the crew worked like a well-oiled machine. The fence itself? Solid. Clean lines, perfectly installed, and built like it’s actually meant to last, not some cheap, rushed job. You can tell they take pride in their work. They also made sure everything was level, tight, and looked great from every angle. What I appreciated most was how easy they made the whole process. Clear communication, fair pricing, and they actually care about the finished product. If you’re in Bel Air and need a privacy fence, stop looking, DryTech is the move.

I just wanted to thank Terry and his team for the privacy fence they installed around our property. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process including answering a million questions lol we had for him on the different styles and colors of fences from the bottom of our hearts thank you again.

We really enjoyed working with Terry. We had a fence installed, both privacy and estate style. He provided excellent customer service, more than enough detail to help us feel good about what we were getting in to, he was very responsive, and we had open and honest dialog around pricing. The crew then did a fantastic job with our fence and we couldn't be happier.

Update (2/21/25): Thanks DryTech for responding to my inquiry. I'm happy with the results of the gate repair. Once they returned from vacation, the owner reached out and resolved the issue in an expedited fashion. Thanks DryTech for great service recovery and excellent customer service! Original Review: I have had a bad experience with the warranty. I bought a 6 foot fence in August 2023 and I have a problem with the fence mender. I have called, emailed and texted for over a month with no response. When I purchased this fence, I was assured that I would have full lifetime warranty and that they would assist with any issues. That has been far from the reality..please avoid this company and go somewhere that has integrity and will stick to their word and provide good customer service.

I called Terry. He was there the very next day when all other fence companies would not come any time soon or at all . And 2 weeks later had my fence at a price that beat everyone else. All my neighbors are amazed of how great it looks and how fast it was done at this amazing price. If you need a fence this is the company you want to call.
